Parking at the Storrs Campus
There are two parking garages on campus. The South Garage is adjacent to the Harry A. Gampel Pavilion on Jim Calhoun Way. The North Garage is located at the intersection of North Eagleville and Hillside Roads (across from the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts) about a quarter mile from the Pavilion, which is on Hillside. Free parking is available in both garages on Saturday, May 11, Sunday, May 12, and Monday, May 13.

Traffic will be directed to the garages by Public Safety personnel who are at their posts two hours prior to the ceremony.
On Saturday, May 11th, shuttle buses will run from Lots C, F, S, X and 9 between the hours of 7:30am-8:30pm. On Sunday, May 12th, shuttle buses will run from Lots C, F, S, X and 9 between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm. Parking in all surface lots is free on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12. UConn Storrs Campus – Parking Map
Parking for people with disabilities is available. This parking, for those with official decals issued by a state department of motor vehicles, is located on the first level of North Garage and South Garage. These parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible Van Service – On Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12, handicapped accessible vans will be located outside of the North Parking Garage waiting to drive guests to the proper Commencement venue. Once the ceremony concludes, they will be waiting outside of the venue to return guests to the North Parking Garage. To obtain this service, please call (860) 486-4991. On Monday, May 13, AVS will be availble via request only. Please call (860) 486-4991 if you would like to utilize this service that day.
Parking in Downtown Storrs
Are you interested in visiting Downtown Storrs while you are here for Commencement Weekend?
The town of Mansfield welcomes UConn graduates and their families to our community and look forward to your visit! If you are interested in eating or shopping in our downtown, we encourage you to park in the Downtown Storrs parking garage at 33 Royce Circle (located behind the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry and UConn Bookstore at Downtown Storrs). Parking is free for the first two hours and only $1.00 an hour thereafter.
