Special Accommodations for Students/Guests with Disabilities

If you need to request disability accommodations, please contact each school/college representative (found on the ceremony information page) in advance.

The following accommodations are available in Harry A. Gampel Pavilion. Upon your arrival at the Pavilion, please ask the Event Staff about their use:

• Special area for wheelchair users (all entrances to the Pavilion are accessible). These are available on first-come-first-served basis.
• Modified restroom facilities.
• A sign-language interpreter and special seating for people with hearing disabilities.
• Assistive listening system.
